Francfort sur le main
Your train journey through Europe from Paris starts early in the morning at Gare de l’Est. Head towards Frankfurt.
Arrival in Frankfurt, an international financial centre and home to the European Central Bank, in the early afternoon. Transfer upon arrival to your hotel.
In the afternoon, visit the city of Heidelberg (1 hour drive), known for its typical Renaissance architecture: you will admire the old town, the ruins of Heidelberg Castle, and the famous university built in the 14th century.
Return to Frankfurt.

In the afternoon, your French-speaking guide will offer you a city tour. Cosmopolitan Frankfurt combines modernity and tradition: discover the must-sees, including the city hall (Römer), the central square of old Frankfurt (Römerberg), the Collegiate Church of St. Bartholomew, often called the « Frankfurt Cathedral », St. Paul’s Church, and the « Museum Embankment » (Museumsufer).
After lunch (on your own), embark on a cruise through the Rhine Valley with dinner on board.

Wurtzbourg
After breakfast, depart by train to Wurzburg (about 1h10). Discover the capital of « Franconian Main », a famed wine region in northern Bavaria.
After lunch (on your own), your guide will take you on a city tour to visit St. Mary’s Chapel (Marienkapelle), the historic town hall, St. Kilian’s Cathedral, and the old bridge.

Rothenburg
Early morning departure by train to Rothenburg, one of the best-preserved medieval towns in all of Europe and the former imperial city of Bavaria (journey about 1h10 with a transfer in Steinach). City tour: stroll through the old town while admiring its medieval buildings and romantic alleys.
After lunch, return to Wurzburg by train (about 1h10 with a simple transfer in Steinach).

Munich
Depart for Munich by train (journey around 2h10).
Enjoy your free afternoon to discover the Bavarian capital with the Hop on Hop off tourist bus ticket: historic centre, the English Garden (Englischer Garten), Nymphenburg Palace, and the Olympic Park.

Nuremberg
Day dedicated to visiting Nuremberg, the open-air German History Museum, renowned for its fortifications and stone towers of the old town, as well as its imperial castle. As part of the city tour, visit the house of the famous painter Albrecht Dürer and delve into the period of pre- and post-war German history.
After lunch (on your own), return to Munich in the late afternoon.

Linderhof
Day trip to the castles around Munich by bus with an English- or German-speaking guide. The programme includes: Linderhof Palace and Neuschwanstein Castle, residences of Ludwig II of Bavaria.
After lunch, continue your journey. Stop at the village of Oberammergau, famous for the Passion Play, the biblical theatre performances listed as Germany’s intangible cultural heritage, held every ten years. Return to Munich in the late afternoon.

A driver will pick you up at the hotel to take you to Munich station.

Arrival at Stuttgart Hbf (Stuttgart central station) in the early afternoon.
