These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all Users of the site mythicrailways.mythicsaas.com

By creating an account, the User expressly accepts all of the terms of these GTC.
These GTC are available at any time on the site mythicrailways.mythicsaas.com and may change over time.
1 – Mythic Railways: Who we are ?
This site is published by MYTHIC RAILWAYS SAS, a simplified joint-stock company (Société par Actions Simplifiée) with share capital of €5,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 910 219 658, and whose registered office is located at 14 rue Charles V, 75004 Paris.
The Directors of Publication are Jonathan CAPPE and Antoine MARCHAL
2 – Mythic Railways: The concept
Mythic Railways offers a matchmaking service between :
– internet users submitting a quote request for their next trip (hereinafter “Users”)
and the receiving travel agencies registered with Mythic Railways (hereinafter “Agencies”)
3 – Availability and access to the site
The User acknowledges having the skills and resources necessary to access and use the site mythicrailways.mythicsaas.com. It is available to the user 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless otherwise specified.
Mythic Railways’ liability cannot be held to account due to technical unavailability of the connection, whether due in particular to a case of force majeure, maintenance, an update, a modification of the site, an intervention by the hosting provider, an internal or external strike, a network outage, a power outage, or incorrect configuration or use of the User’s computer.
Mythic Railways reserves the right to suspend, at any time, all or part of its services, without prior notice.
In addition, Mythic Railways reserves the right to terminate the user’s account if the latter does not comply with the GTC to which they have subscribed.
The User confirms that they have taken all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software against contamination by any viruses that may circulate on the Internet.
4 – Intellectual property
Mythic Railways, its logo, and any other brand or logo appearing on the site mythicrailways.mythicsaas.com are registered trademarks protected by the applicable legal provisions relating to intellectual property rights.
Any reproduction, even partial, of the site mythicrailways.mythicsaas.com is prohibited.
The templates, drawings, logos, objects and images offered by the site “mythicrailways.mythicsaas.com” are the property of Mythic Railways SAS and are protected by intellectual property law.
5 – Service accessibility
Access to quotatrip.com for any quote request and matchmaking with receiving Agencies is free of charge for the User.
To become a member and be put in contact with receiving Agencies, the User must complete an online quote request form and accept these GTC.
Quote requests contain the following information :
– User contact details (Name, first name, email, etc…)
– Selection of a destination or a local Agency ; – Dates and length of the trip ;
– Number and profile of participants ;
– Budget per person desired ;
– Travel preferences : Accommodation, meals, escort/assistance style, transport ;
-Type of activities desired on site.
6 – Commitments of the User
The User undertakes to :
– Use the site mythicrailways.mythicsaas.com only for personal, non-commercial purposes, solely for the purpose of serious, genuine services that comply with local, national, international laws or any other applicable regulations ;
– Provide in their quote request accurate and complete information.
– Verify the references, skills and insurance of the receiving Agency.
In the event of abusive or fraudulent use of the site mythicrailways.mythicsaas.com, the User exposes themselves to legal proceedings.
All quote requests containing false information, relating to illegal services, contrary to public morals, constituting a disturbance of public order, or impersonating a third party are considered abusive or fraudulent.
In the event of non-compliance, quote requests will be deleted.
7 – Commitments of the company MYTHIC RAILWAYS SAS
This service is completely free of charge for the User.
In principle, Mythic Railways’ involvement ends immediately once the User’s contact details who submitted the quote request have been transmitted to the receiving Agencies. However, it may happen that Mythic Railways contacts certain Users again in order to follow up on the quote requests made through the platform, or to obtain feedback from Users regarding the receiving partner Agencies of Mythic Railways.
In some cases, Mythic Railways may receive commissions.
Mythic Railways does not in any way take part in the commercial exchanges between the Agencies and the User resulting from the quote request.
Mythic Railways disclaims all liability regarding the direct or indirect consequences of its introduction and cannot be held responsible for disputes that may arise between the User and the Agencies.
All complaints regarding services must be sent to the receiving Agencies.
8 – Links to third-party websites
Mythic Railways may provide links to third-party websites.
These sites are not edited by Mythic Railways.
Mythic Railways is not responsible for their content and cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of these sites.
9 – Personal data
By submitting, the User agrees that their contact details be shared with one or more receiving Agencies for the purpose of responding to their quote request.
In addition, the User agrees to receive commercial offers and newsletters from Mythic Railways and/or from partners.
In accordance with the French law “Informatique et Libertés”, the processing of personal information by Mythic Railways has been the subject of a declaration with the National Commission on Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL). This request is currently in progress.
The User has (under Articles 34 et seq. of the law of 6 January 1978) a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of the data concerning them, which they may exercise with Mythic Railways.
10 – Cookies
The User agrees to the use of cookies so that Mythic Railways can carry out browsing statistics, but also to offer advertisements tailored to their areas of interest
11 – Applicable law
All disputes that may arise from the performance of this Agreement fall within the jurisdiction of the judicial courts of Paris.
