Your train journey in Austria begins in Paris (Gare de l’Est). You’ll settle comfortably onboard your NightJet night train bound for Vienna (a 15h14 journey) in the evening.
The train does not offer a true dining service.

Arrival in Vienna in the morning. A light breakfast is served in the cabin; we recommend enjoying it upon arrival at one of the city’s historic cafés.
Free transfer to the hotel. With your 48-hour Vienna City Card, you can use public transport for free as well as enjoy numerous discounts at museums and tourist attractions in Vienna.
The hotel room is available from 3:00 p.m.; you can leave your luggage at the reception desk.

Departure for a Vienna city walking tour: the National Opera, St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Hofburg, the Secession, the Museums Quarter, City Hall… Baroque and Gothic facades, as well as Jugendstil, Art Deco, and Bauhaus-style buildings, pass before you.

You might visit the Belvedere Palace, a splendid Baroque castle that houses the most important collection of Gustav Klimt’s major works, or the Hofburg Palace, a former imperial palace (and its Sisi Museum dedicated to Empress Elisabeth of Austria, an iconic figure of the country). There’s also the renowned Albertina art museum, home to many masterpieces by Dürer, Michelangelo, Rembrandt, Schiele, and Klimt, or explore the Museum Quarter, one of the world’s largest cultural centers.
