Enjoy your last full day in Montreal by visiting the MEM – Montreal Memories Center to truly discover the region’s rich and colorful history, captured in an immersive way through exhibitions and displays. This unique museum is much more than a mere collection of historical objects: it’s a journey through time!

If you haven’t already, visit one of Montreal’s microbreweries—a must-see in the city. The concept of microbreweries is simple but highly effective: brew your own beer and serve it in the same establishment. Montreal abounds with small spots where you can taste local brewers’ creations to accompany a good meal or simply for an aperitif.

In the evening, a very original and friendly tour awaits you. Put on the (provided) snowshoes and set off to discover the Mont Royal Park trails. Learn more about the history of snowshoes while enjoying a cup of hot chocolate. Guided tour, beginner level (Fridays and Saturdays only)

The city of Quebec hosts the Carnival (from late January to early February), an iconic winter event in the city.

For a short period, the city is transformed into a winter festival with numerous decorations, ice sculptures, and lights. This carnival offers a multitude of unforgettable and unique ice activities: sliding in Quebec, tobogganing, electric three-ski runs… These activities embody the fun and friendly spirit that prevails during this time of year. A parade of themed floats and musical evenings are also offered during the Carnival.

After the tour, try the famous Dufferin Terrace slide, welcoming visitors from around the world since 1884 (4 tickets per person).

Located about 40 minutes by public transport from downtown, you’ll find Montmorency Falls, a true natural paradise! In winter, this impressive waterfall becomes totally frozen, turning it into a spectacle! If you want to view the falls while staying warm, the cable car ride is ideal. For the more adventurous, the site offers various trails accessible on foot or by snowshoe.
