Beaune
In the morning, meet at Paris Gare de l’Est: you board the Puy du Fou luxury train. The Grand Tour begins! The first stop is Reims, the capital of Champagne-Ardenne and home to most of the famous champagne houses. Remember, it’s also the city of Clovis’s baptism and the coronation of the Kings of France… The brief city tour includes the cathedral as well as other secret venues, hidden from the public and full of surprises.
The Puy du Fou train continues its journey towards Burgundy. Enjoy the passing landscapes.
Your lunch on board offers a unique view of the Alps.
Arrival at Beaune, the heart of this beautiful wine-producing region. Admire the colorful roofs covered in glazed polychrome flat tiles and discover unusual and hidden sites within the famous Hospices de Beaune.

Carcassonne
Early in the morning, your show train arrives in Provence.
It stops at Avignon, residence of Catholic popes from 1309 to 1377, a city renowned for its Theatre and Performing Arts Festival. You uncover the mysteries of the Papal Palace and take part in a unique tasting of the region’s finest wines and products.
The next stop is Carcassonne. Discover this magnificent 13th-century medieval citadel in the heart of Languedoc, still brimming with legends and secrets of history.
At the end of the day, your luxury train journey resumes: heading west.

Arcachon
In the morning, the train heads toward the Atlantic Coast, destination Arcachon. On the agenda: a tour of the Dubourdieu shipyards, one of the oldest boatyards in France. Founded in 1800 by a young carpenter, Louis Dubourdieu, who specialized in building “tilloles,” the region’s fishing boats. The visit is followed by a seafood tasting.

Chenonceau
In the morning, your train heads for La Rochelle, a rebellious city. In the 17th century, the city rose against King Louis XIII, who ordered Richelieu to lay siege to bring it to submission. An episode in France’s history that will captivate you!
Then your historic luxury train continues its journey and arrives in the Cher region, where you discover a “miracle of limestone,” the Château de Chenonceau. Also known as the Ladies’ Château, once gifted by King Henri II to his favorite, Diane de Poitiers, it awaits you. As you explore, you’ll learn that its magnificent buildings were the setting for many secret episodes in France’s history.

In the morning, your luxury train heads for Vendée. Your journey aboard this incredible Puy du Fou show train comes to an end. The last stop on the Grand Tour is undoubtedly the highlight of the trip. Witness a dazzling journey through time at the Puy du Fou park, a historical theme park located in the commune of Les Epesses, Vendée, and awarded several times as the « best theme park in the world. »
The day ends with the legendary Cinéscénie, a grand nighttime historical show under the stars.

Paris
During your brunch on board, the scenery gently drifts by.
Arrival in Paris around 1 p.m. and the end of your France luxury train journey. (BRUNCH)

Le Grand Tour est un projet unique. Il n’a pas son équivalent dans la famille des trains de luxe car c’est le seul train spectacle. ses véritables photos seront bientôt disponible. Pour l’instant, le train est confié aux mains expertes des d’artisans d’arts qui travaillent à sa rénovation et à son équipement.
Les visuels provisoires transmis donnent pourtant un avant-goût de ce que nous réserve ce somptueux train « Belle Epoque ». On le qualifie déjà de « véritable œuvre d’art aux décorations uniques et ravissantes vous feront plonger dans l’ambiance insouciante de la Belle Epoque ».
Le train comporte 21 cabines, un bar et un wagon-restaurant où vous pouvez savourer des repas préparés avec les produits des terroirs. Chaque cabine est équipée d’une salle d’eau avec toilette et douche privative et un majordome personnel est à votre service pour assurer le confort de votre voyage.
Le train compte 13 Cabines (de 10m²) et 8 suites (de 15m²).
